Keith is a 2006 graduate of Texas Tech University obtaining degrees in Marketing, Management, and General Business. Keith also played football as a kicker for Tech from 2002-2006. After spending time in the restaurant industry, and flipping homes in the process, Keith and Brandi decided to pursue their passion for design and home building. Brandi’s design talent is the “secret sauce” that makes a Toogood home an instant classic. Her vision continues to be a driving force for what makes a Toogood Built home timeless. Her design talent, along with Keith’s love for people, his unique approach to the industry, and strong management skill have made the company a success today.

Brandi and Keith have 3 children: Graham, Harper, and Beckett. They are members of Hillside Christian Church in Lubbock. Their desire through this business is to be the hands and feet of Christ in every interaction with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors.

Keith is also the founder/president of BOOM. BOOM stands for Business Operation on Mission. It is a marketplace ministry that exist to encourage business leaders to live out their Christian faith in real, intentional, and practical ways. If you are interested learn more at www.WeAreTheBoom.com

Renay grew up in Brownfield, Texas, where she attended Calvary Baptist Church. She started working at a young age for a law firm, and later moved into an accounting position with a residential roofing company, where she developed a passion for the construction industry, and learned that she loved working with numbers as well. She is married to Ross, and they have four children: Monique, Hallie, Megan and Landin.

After moving to Lubbock, she worked for Toogood Built Homes part time as a bookkeeper when the business first began, and separated shortly after when God provided her an opportunity to work full time for a commercial millwork company and return to college for her desired degree. Following the attainment of her degree, she returned to Toogood Built Homes as the onsite accountant, where she can apply her love of accounting in her daily work routine.

Scott, who has 15 years of construction experience, serves as our V.P. of Operations and oversees all of our projects. Scott works directly with you, the homeowner, to ensure that communication between you and everyone involved is taken care of. He has an incredible servant’s heart and desires for each home to represent the Toogood Built way. Scott, his wife Jamie, son Nolan and daughter Jolee are members of Wolforth United Methodist Church.

Ross worked alongside his father building a few houses in the Austin area years ago, and this is where he developed his passion for home building. This passion, and his servant's heart, led him to Toogood Built Homes, where he is able to utilize both as a superintendent of jobs. 

Ross grew up in Bastrop, Texas, where he attended the First Christian Church. After graduating, he enlisted with the U.S. Naval Service, where he served on the Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier as an airman on the flight deck. Upon completion of his service,  he moved back to Texas, and planted roots in Lubbock, where he met his wife, Renay. They have four children: Monique, Hallie, Megan and Landin. 

Maggie is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University and serves as our in house designer and marketing coordinator. Maggie loves serving her clients to the best of her ability and working with clients to ensure they achieve their dream home. Beyond her professional endeavors, Maggie is an active member of the Saint John The Baptist Catholic Church community.
